Constructional Details

• Compact: Low height.
• Structural Frame: Corrosion resistant extruded aluminum hollow profile with or without thermal break
• Base Frame: Heavy gauge galvanized steel channel.
• Canvas Connection: Flexible fire-retardant canvas connection is provided at fan outlet inside the casing. Single Skin Panels: Manufactured from 18 gaug G.I Sheets.
• Double Skin Panel: 25 / 43 mm double skin Panel with pressure injected CFC & HCFC free PUF with ‘k’ value of 0.02 Watts/ m° C. Density of 40 kg/cum.
• Outer Skin: Choice of pre-coated, pre-plasticized, stainless steel in various thicknesses.
• Inner Skin: Plain galvanized sheets in general and can be supplied in aluminum, SS 304 & SS 316 in various thicknesses.
• Casing: The casing is air-tight using gaskets and self-adhesive tapes. Panels with 43mm thickness with internally curved aluminum extrusion with thermal break and 3D Nylon corner joints makes the unit fit for exposed installation.
• Centrifugal Blower: Fans are AMCA certified, energy efficient with double inlet, double width forward or backward curved impellers for high static application.
• Fan/Motor Assembly: Fans and motors are mounted on aluminium extruded slide rail base frame to adjust the belt tension without disturbing motor alignment.
• Cooling Coil: Varying choice of chilled water, direct expansion, hot water & steam coils with combination of multiple rows deep with an option of anticorrosive aluminum fins or copper fins. Chilled water or DX coils or Heating Coils can be selected based upon your specific requirement. Water coils are self-draining and vented type.
• Hinges and Handles: The hinges and handles are that of PVC Nylon.
• Drain-Pan: Fabricated from SS-304. Proper slope ensures positive drainage of the condensate.
• Filters: Primary (pre-filters)
• Inspection Windows/Doors: The units have proper accessibility for regular maintenance through inspection windows/doors.

• Mixing Box: A mixing box can be supplied to mix the fresh air and return air being routed through a return air duct.
